To be a place where each person can shine even more

Do you know “packing” and “gaskets”?
Packing and gaskets are “sealing materials” used in machinery and plant piping. These small industrial parts prevent liquid and gas from leaking and play a role to assist machine operation. They are so essential in any production lines.

Justin was established in 1960 as Murakami Kogyo Co., Ltd. and had developed an integrated system from manufacturing to delivery of packing and gaskets. Now we provide various industrial products to customers in almost all industries throughout Japan. In 2005, we changed the name of the company to “Justin” and clarified our business philosophy as “Just in Just”. We would like to share this value and continue to grow together with people who have full of curiosity and think a life itself is a continuous learning process. No matter what the circumstances, if you make an effort, you can find a way to overcome. Such positive mentality is an important traits as a business person. We can continue to grow as long as we live. So, it is my mission as CEO to prepare a stage where each employee can grow. I would actively provide our employees as many opportunities as possible to study for them to foster curiosity and to grow not only as a business person but also a matured member of society.

“A company is its people.” That’s why, I love our employees and always think about how I can make their lives better and fruitful. To do so, it is important for each of them to shine even more. I consider “three way win-win-win” mentality of “good for sellers, buyers and its society” (old saying of Omi merchant) as “good for sellers, buyers and employees”. Of course we put our customers and suppliers first, and therefore our employees are also as important as its foundation. I am convinced that happy employees can make our customers and suppliers happy. If I can make as many stakeholders happy as possible, it would be my greatest pleasure as CEO of the company.

Our paths will cross if we are meant to be. I look forward to meeting you soon!
