(Joined 2014 as a Fresh graduate)
Born and raised in Shikokuchuo-shi. Graduated from Matsuyama University majoring in Economics. First fresh graduate employee after Mr. Oida became a president.
Married a former colleague. Now a father of the first daughter and is committed even more to his work.
Flexible responses to fit the Customer Needs
Shikokuchuo-shi is a paper town. I am a member of paper industry team. Our main products, packing and gaskets, are essential parts for factory production lines. With “Just in Just” mentality, I always try to propose solutions to fit the needs of our customers. How quickly we can respond to problems when they happen is especially important. I gain experiences and increase my knowledge through listening to the customers and solving problems for them. As the company expanding nationwide, I will try my best to become a leader of a new sales office in the future!

- Q. What made you decide to join the company?
- I have no previous knowledge in manufacturing but Mr. Oida explained the company business so passionately and I was impressed by his passion.
- Q. How is atmosphere of the workplace?
- There are many co-workers in their 20s and 30s and they are very friendly. We communicate well at the office and some colleagues ended up getting married, and I am one of them!

- We have specialists for each industry as we handle a lot of products for paper manufacturing, securing materials, films and shipbuilding industry. I am fortunate to be able to learn from such specialists.
