Joined the company after married and having children. Balancing work and private life as a working mother. In Tokushima Sales Office, she is like an elder sister who takes care of younger colleagues.
Transferred to sales to pursue career
Justin is a company gives you chances to challenge new roles as long as you are willing to, regardless of gender. Although I joined the company as a clerical assistant, I applied for a position of sales to pursue my career. At the Tokushima Sales Office, we receive many orders for resin parts required for major LED manufacturers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, automobile manufacturers, and electronics manufacturers. Now I am involved from the designing stage of such parts for production lines and propose them to our customers. I try to have a broad perspective so that our customers, manufacturing departments and everything else can go well and want to become a sales person who is needed by customers.

Visit customers to deliver products and have meetings. Introduce a new product and also visit prospects!

- Q. What made you decide to join the company?
- Wanted to work many years as a full time employee. Also interested in drawing the design as I studied CAD at university.
- Q. How is atmosphere of the workplace?
- We only have four colleagues in Tokushima office. We can discuss business matters and communicate well in its at-home atmosphere.
