1-day or 3-day Internship – You choose either course

We have prepared two courses and you can choose the one you prefer. In the 1-day course, you can learn about the industry and the company, talk with our people at lunch and gain experiences through a workshop.
3-day-course is only available during the summer time and offers you a hands-on experience such as drawing a design using CAD (design software), visiting our customers with our sales people and having a career interview by an external career consultant.

Our internship program will surely help your job hunting in the future.

Experience in drawing the design and visiting customers with our sales people

We have 2 workshops.
①　Draw a design using CAD and make a product yourself!
②　Try a role play to experience our sales with your senior employees!

We would like you to experience our “Justin Spirit” through workshops.

We provide lunch and reimburse transportation expense up to ￥10,000.

We would like to help you reduce the financial burden, so we will reimburse your transportation expenses up to ￥10,000. We welcome students from all over Japan. If you choose 3-day course, we will provide accommodation as well. We will arrange lunch with our employees with 1 to 5 years of experiences.

Application Guidelines 〔1-day internship〕

What to Do	＜1-day internship＞ ■Learn about the company and the industry “What are packing and gaskets?” “What is B to B?” You do not have to know beforehand. We will teach you in details. (If Mr. Oida is available, he personally teaches you passionately!) ■Take an office and plant tour ■Have Lunch → have fun at lunch with employees in your age ■Interview our employees “What is most rewarding?” ”What do you like about the company?” “What you do not like about the company?” You can ask any questions and you will receive very honest answers. ■Experience in a workshop ・Draw a design and make a product yourself! ・Try a role play to experience our proposal sales know-how You will experience exciting product making or our secret sales know-how. 3-day and 5-day courses are also available upon request. When	Throughout the year. Please contact us if you are interested. Summer and Winter internships are also available.
How much	・Compensation: none ・Transportation: Reimbursed up to ￥10,000 ・Lunch：Provided ・Nearest station: Kawanoe; Nearest Interchange: Mishima-Kawanoe We will pick you up at Kawanoe station or Mishima-Kawanoe IC.
